Minimum Order:
Our minimum order is $20-00 due to bank charges and credit card transaction fees.
Delivery:
All in stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. You will be notified if an item is on back order via email/phone call. Wherever possible an approximate delivery time will be advised. Handmade/personalised items are sometimes available, but are usually made to order and can take anywhere up to 6 weeks to deliver.
Postage:
A postage and handling fee of $8-50 will apply to each order. Some items due to their size/weight may incur an additional postage charge. Should this charge be necessary you will be contacted by email/phone call before processing the order.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return undamaged items within 10 days of purchase where an exchange/refund will be issued. * Please note that postage will not be refunded.
Handmade/Personalised items:
Some of our items are entirely handmade. Slight variations in fabric, colour and features may occur and are unavoidable. Every effort will be made to keep such variations to a minimum. |
